Our clients are expected from 4pm and must hand their keys back by 10am on the day of departure.

We offer the early check-in and the late check-out, with an extra-cost (50% of the rate of the last night or the night to come) and depending on availability. This request must be formalized at the reception on the day of arrival, during the check-in. If not requested, a departure after 10am will be charged as an additional night.

Reception opening times in summer (July-August): 8.00 am to 9.00 pm.

Yes, after 4.00 pm, as soon as your room is ready, you can arrive at any time. If you arrive after closing time, you should inform reception in advance so that your accommodation key can be put in a secure safe. You’ll then receive a code by email or SMS to enable you to open the safe and pick up your key.

Yes, all our rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi. You may connect up to four appliances per accommodation. If you need to connect another appliance, please ask reception for a new code.
The apartment hotel has an indoor swimming pool heated to 28°C, a steam room and a fitness room. The swimming pool is open from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm in winter and 1.00 pm to 7.00 pm in summer, and has changing rooms and showers.
The swimming pool measures 7.5m x 4m.

No, we don’t have a bike store, but you can keep your bike in your apartment, or leave it in the building entrance hall. Make sure you have an anti-theft device.

The double-bed studio flats have a double bed, and the “3-person’ studio flats have a double bed and a sofa bed.
The 4 or 6-person apartments have a room with a double bed or 2 single beds and a sofa bed in the living room, while the “6-person” apartments have a second room with two single beds.

Of course! We have utensils and crockery in stock – please feel free to ask for them at reception. We also have an inventory at your disposal, so you can report any missing items.
All our accommodation units are fitted with baths except those accessible to people with reduced mobility, which have an Italian style shower. The toilets are separate.
The accommodation units are fitted with either an integrated cupboard or a wardrobe.
As far as the frequency of cleaning is concerned, this all depends on the rate you have chosen. The cleaning and linen changing services differ according to the rate. This information is shown when you book.
When you leave, we ask you to leave the kitchen corner clean and empty your bins, or to pay a supplement.

The rooms must be handed over by 11.00 am, but we can look after your luggage on the day of your departure. If you wish to use the room after 11.00 am, please contact reception to find out about late departure arrangements.

No, breakfast is not served in the rooms. However, you may choose to prepare your breakfast yourself in the kitchenette in your accommodation.
The residence CERISE Carcassonne Sud offers a buffet breakfast, served everyday: viennoiseries, (croissant, pain au chocolat), various bread, slice of toast, cheese, fruit salade, cereals (Corn flakes, choco pops, muesli), fruit juice, plain yoghurt, fruit yoghurt, apple compote, butter, Nutella, honey, jam (marmalade, strawberry, apricot). Hot drinks : tea (mint tea, Earl Grey, lemon, verbena), coffee (decaffeinated coffee, short coffee, long coffee, cappuccino, hazelnut) chocolate, milk (hot or cold) .

We also offer an Express option, consisting of a hot drink and a pastry.

As in all CERISE establishments, breakfast is free for children under the age of 4, and 50% off for children aged 5 to 11 inclusive.
We offer a meals in jars. 

On the menu: gourmet salad, stuffed tomatoes, beef stew, bourguignon beef, duck parmentier, vanilla cream or soft chocolate ... We have something for everyone!

2 formulas to choose between: dish (11 €) or dish + dessert (15 €).
Each formula contains a bottle of still or sparkling water.

Yes, you can cancel or change your booking: the cancellation conditions are specified when you book. Bookings at the “non-refundable” rate cannot be cancelled or changed.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, cash and holiday vouchers. We do not accept cheques.
For a booking at the “non-refundable” rate, your card is debited by the establishment on booking. For all other bookings, your card (if that’s your chosen means of payment) is debited on your arrival.
