Yes, if you arrive outside the opening hours of the reception: an access code is sent to you in order to enter the establishment and retrieve the keys.
The rooms are available from 2PM and must be released on the day of departure, before 11:30AM.

We offer the early check-in and the late check-out, with an extra-cost (50% of the rate of the last night or the night to come) and depending on availability. This request must be formalized at the reception on the day of arrival, during the check-in. If not requested, a departure after 11:30AM will be charged as an additional night.

We have a partnership with a taxi company, but the transfer isn’t free. But we have negotiated special rates for our clients. Please contact us for further details. The station is 15-minute walk.
Yes, our property has two apartments suitable for people with reduced mobility. The hotel has the Tourism and Disability Label.
The studios are equipped with: a kitchenette (microwave, refrigerator, electric plates, crockery, kettle, toaster (on request) and coffee maker, a single, double or twin bed, a bathroom with shower, hairdryer and toilet. Internet access (free Wifi), soundproofing (double glazing), flat-screen television, channels (TNT and Canal+ cinema and sport, Eurosport, Euronews), awakening (on request), razor jack, telephone, sheets and towels.

As far as the frequency of cleaning is concerned, this all depends on the rate you have chosen. The cleaning and linen changing services differ according to the rate. This information is shown when you book.

The rooms must be handed over by 11.30 am, but we can look after your luggage on the day of your departure. If you wish to use the room after 11.30 am, please contact reception to find out about late departure arrangements.

Yes, you can cancel or change your booking: the cancellation conditions are specified when you book. Bookings at the “non-refundable” rate cannot be cancelled or changed.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, cash, holiday vouchers, cheques.
For a booking at the “non-refundable” rate, your card is debited by the establishment on booking. For all other bookings, your card (if that’s your chosen means of payment) is debited on your arrival.
