Our clients are expected from 12.00 pm and must hand their keys back by 11.00 am on the day of departure.

We offer the early check-in and the late check-out, with an extra-cost (50% of the rate of the last night or the night to come) and depending on availability. This request must be formalized at the reception on the day of arrival, during the check-in. If not requested, a departure after 11am will be charged as an additional night.

Yes! At the end of summer 2015 we completed the renovation of the entire ground floor of the establishment. We changed all the floors, repainted the walls and changed the furniture and decoration in the rooms to add a touch of freshness and modernity to the establishment. In 2016, we intend to carry on and renovate other parts of the hotel!

If you’re arriving by the Douai train, catch another train towards Lens and get off at Hénin-Beaumont station. From here, we suggest you catch a Bulle line bus no. 1 and get off at the Europe terminus in Noyelles-Godault. Then catch bus no.  27 and get off at the first stop, PA du Quiery, which is opposite the hotel.

Our rooms all have a bathroom with private shower and WC. The television offers Canal + and   CanalSat channels. The rooms are soundproofed and double-glazed. We also provide a linen pack. The rooms contain a double bed and a single bunk bed (for triple rooms).
The “comfort” rooms have a more sophisticated decoration, large bath towels and a courtesy tray with an electric kettle. They don’t have the bunk bed, which gives a greater feeling of space.
All our rooms are fitted with thermoformed shower cabins.
No, the windows don’t open fully for safety reasons. They open “on the latch”.
The floor service will clean your room between 10.00 am and 3pm onweekdays, and between 10:30am and 4pm the weekend and holidays.
No, the hotel does not offer communicating rooms.
Yes, the hotel accepts pets (supplement charged).
The rooms must be handed over by 11.00 am, but we can look after your luggage on the day of your departure. If you wish to use the room after 11.00 am, please contact reception to find out about late departure arrangements.

No, there are no coffee machines in the rooms. In the entrance hall you’ll find automatic hot and cold drinks and sweet dispensers. We also offer Nespresso coffee on sale at reception.
Of course! We provide a towel per person: please feel free to ask for more at reception, if one isn’t enough (supplement charged).
No, the rooms are not air-conditioned; however, we have a few fans at reception that we can lend you free of charge on request (subject to availability).
Breakfast is served between 6.30 am and 10.00 am every day during the week and between 7.30 am and 10.30 am at the weekend.

CERISE Lens offers a continental buffet breakfast everyday: sweet breads, fresh bread, cereals, jam, plain yoghurt, cheese, stewed fruit, milk, juices. Hot drinks: tea, herbal tea, coffee, chocolate.

We also offer an Express option, consisting of a hot drink and a pastry.

Yes, you can cancel or change your booking: the cancellation conditions are specified when you book. Bookings at the “non-refundable” rate cannot be cancelled or changed.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, cash and holiday vouchers. We do not accept cheques, American Express cards and Dinner.
For a booking at the “non-refundable” rate, your card is debited by the establishment on booking. For all other bookings, your card (if that’s your chosen means of payment) is debited on your arrival.
