Faced with the risks associated with Covid-19, our hotel has implemented the following health measures:

● Specific disinfection protocol for common areas and rooms,
● Disinfection of room cards and keys, remote controls, between each customer visit,

● During the stay, planning of room cleaning in agreement with the guest,
● Availability of hydroalcoholic gel,

● Plexiglass plate installed on the reception desk and arrival and departure procedures redesigned to respect barrier gestures,
Reception is open 24 hours every day.
Our clients are expected from 2pm and must hand their keys back by 11am on the day of departure.

We offer the early check-in and the late check-out, with an extra-cost (50% of the rate of the last night or the night to come) and depending on availability. This request must be formalized at the reception on the day of arrival, during the check-in. If not requested, a departure after 11am will be charged as an additional night.

You’ll have to go to a bank; the nearest to the apartment hotel is 500 metres away (Caisse d’Epargne).

By public transport, if you’re arriving from the town centre or station, take the RER line A in Paris, direction Saint Germain en Laye, “Chatou Croissy” stop, then bus 4A, “Emile Pathé” stop ( 50m from the hotel) or catch bus 2 “République Pathé” stop ( 100 metres) – and you’ve arrived!

Yes, our establishment has a secure car park (supplement charged). For information, a parking fee is charged in the surrounding streets.
We have a bike rack in the underground car park. Make sure you have an anti-theft device with which to attach your bike.

Yes, certain rooms are adapted for people with reduced mobility. Please contact reception at the time of booking on +33 1 34 80 85 00 to be sure that a room is available.
In the “comfort” rooms you’ll find: a double bed.
In the double-bed studio flats: a convertible double sofa bed.
In the double-bed “comfort” studio flats: a double bed or twin beds (on request at reception and subject to availability).

Of course! We have utensils and crockery in stock – please feel free to ask for them at reception. We also have an inventory at your disposal, so you can report any missing items.
The studio flats and 2-roomed apartments all have baths. The studio flats for people with reduced mobility have Italian style showers. Finally, all our comfort rooms have showers.
The accommodation units are fitted with either an integrated cupboard and a wardrobe.
As far as the frequency of cleaning is concerned, this all depends on the rate you have chosen. The cleaning and linen changing services differ according to the rate. This information is shown when you book.

When you leave, we ask you to leave the kitchen corner clean and empty your bins, or to pay a supplement.
Yes, we accept pets (extra charge).
The rooms must be handed over by 11.00 am, but we can look after your luggage on the day of your departure. If you wish to use the room after 11.00 am, please contact reception to find out about late departure arrangements. 
We do not offer baggage storage.

No, the hotel doesn’t have a laundry service. However, we can offer you a self-service laundry with a washing machine and tumble dryer (supplement charged).
Of course! We provide one bath towel and one small towel per person: please feel free to ask for more at reception, if one isn’t enough (supplement charged).
No, the rooms are not air-conditioned.
It is served from 6am to 10am on weekdays and from 7am to 11am on weekends and holidays.
No, breakfast is not served in the rooms.  However, you may choose to prepare your breakfast yourself in the kitchenette in your accommodation.
The residence CERISE Chatou offers a buffet breakfast, served everyday: fruit and nature yogurt, butter, cereals, jam, honey, nutella, white bread brioche, viennoiseries, baguette, cheese, ham, rosette, sausage, egg, bacon. Hot drinks: tea, herbal tea, coffee, chocolate.

We also offer an Express option, consisting of a hot drink and a pastry.

As in all CERISE establishments, breakfast is free for children under the age of 4, and 50% off for children aged 5 to 11 inclusive.
We offer a meals in jars. 

On the menu: gourmet salad, stuffed tomatoes, beef stew, bourguignon beef, duck parmentier, vanilla cream or soft chocolate ... We have something for everyone!

2 formulas to choose between: dish (11 €) or dish + dessert (15 €).
Each formula contains a bottle of still or sparkling water.

Yes, you can cancel or change your booking: the cancellation conditions are specified when you book. Bookings at the “non-refundable” rate cannot be cancelled or changed.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, cash and holiday vouchers. We do not accept cheques.
For a booking at the “non-refundable” rate, your card is debited by the establishment on booking. For all other bookings, your card (if that’s your chosen means of payment) is debited on your arrival.
