Our clients are expected from 4pm and must hand their keys back by 11am on the day of departure.

We offer the early check-in and the late check-out, with an extra-cost (50% of the rate of the last night or the night to come) and depending on availability. This request must be formalized at the reception on the day of arrival, during the check-in. If not requested, a departure after 11am will be charged as an additional night.

The Résidence de Diane has an outdoor swimming pool with solarium which is open from late spring to the end of September. The swimming pool is open from 9.00 am to 10.00 pm. For the exact dates, please contact our reception directly on 05 34 36 75 36. Our apartment hotel also has a tennis court (free loan of tennis equipment).

All residents must be at least 18 years old to stay in our hotel, or be accompanied by an adult.

Yes, it’s free and monitored by a camera. Access is via a door code!
By public transport, if you’re arriving from the town centre or station, catch bus nos. 47, 57 or 58 and get off at the “Tucaut” stop, or bus no. 53, “Coin Ferme” stop. And you’ve arrived!
To go into the centre from the apartment hotel, catch bus no. 87, direction Basso-Cambo, and get off at the “Diane” stop, or bus no. 53 still direction Basso-Cambo and get off at the “Licard” stop.
When you’ve arrived at the Basso-Cambo terminus, take the underground to the Capitole. It takes about 45 minutes to travel from the apartment hotel to the Capitole. Please note that the last bus leaving Basso-Cambo in the evening to bring you back to the Apartment hotel is at 8.30 pm.

The “double bed” studio flats have a large 160cm double bed.
The 4-person apartments have a sofa bed in the living room and a large 160cm double bed in the bedroom.
The 5-person duplex apartments have a sofa bed and a convertible couch in the living room and a large 160cm double bed in the bedroom.

Of course! We have utensils and crockery in stock – please feel free to ask for them at reception. We also have an inventory at your disposal, so you can report any missing items.
All our accommodation units are fitted with baths except those accessible to people with reduced mobility, which have an Italian style shower.

As far as the frequency of cleaning is concerned, this all depends on the rate you have chosen. The cleaning and linen changing services differ according to the rate. This information is shown when you book.
When you leave, we ask you to leave the kitchen corner clean and empty your bins, or to pay a supplement.
Yes, the hotel accepts pets (supplement charged). We also ask you to pay a security deposit equal to the rate for an overnight stay.
The rooms must be handed over by 11.00 am, but we can look after your luggage on the day of your departure. If you wish to use the room after 11.00 am, please contact reception to find out about late departure arrangements.

Breakfast is served between 6.00 am and 10.00 am every day during the week and between 6.00 am and 10.30 am at the weekend and holidays.
No, breakfast is not served in the rooms. However, you may choose to prepare your breakfast yourself in the kitchenette in your accommodation.
Buffet breakfast : Mini-pastries, fresh bread, cereals, jams, dairy products, cheese, butchery, fruit juices. Hot drinks : Coffee, tea, herbal tea, chocolate, milk.

We also offer an Express option, consisting of a hot drink and a pastry.

Yes, you can cancel or change your booking: the cancellation conditions are specified when you book. Bookings at the “non-refundable” rate cannot be cancelled or changed.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, cash, holiday vouchers and cheques.
For a booking at the “non-refundable” rate, your card is debited by the establishment on booking. For all other bookings, your card (if that’s your chosen means of payment) is debited on your arrival.
