Our clients are expected from 3pm and must hand their keys back by 11am on the day of departure.

We offer the early check-in and the late check-out, with an extra-cost (50% of the rate of the last night or the night to come) and depending on availability. 

This request must be formalized at the reception on the day of arrival, during the check-in. If not requested, a departure after 11am will be charged as an additional night.

The reception is open daily from 5am to 11pm.
Yes, after 3.00 pm, as soon as your room is ready, you can arrive at any time. If you arrive after closing time, you should inform reception in advance so that your accommodation key can be put in a secure safe. You’ll then receive a code by email or SMS to enable you to open the safe and pick up your key.
Our team speaks English and French, German, and Arabic.
No, our establishment is non-smoking.
Yes, all our rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi.
Yes, our apartment hotel has two lifts.
All residents must be at least 18 years old to stay in our hotel, or be accompanied by an adult.
Yes, we can also provide you with a high chair free of charge (subject to availability). Please let us know when you book, so that we can organise this.
We offer: loan hairdryer, loan ironing facilities, luggage room (free service), laundromat, paragraph fax (additional charge), microwave (in the bar), bar (no license, no alcoholic drinks).
You may change currency in the banks 850 metres from the apartment hotel (Caisse d’Épargne, Crédit Agricole, La Poste).
No, our hotel hasn't a seminar room.

By public transport, if you’re arriving from the town centre or station, catch Citéa bus no. 1 or 2. The nearest stop to our apartment hotel is outside the “Valence II” shopping centre. By public transport you can reach the town centre from the apartment hotel in 10 or 15 minutes.

Concerning the bedding, the double-bed studio flat has a double bed, and the single-bed studio flat has a convertible couch.
Concerning the bedding, the 4-person apartments have a large double bed in the bedroom, and a stowaway bed in the living room.

Of course! We have utensils and crockery in stock – please feel free to ask for them at reception. We also have an inventory at your disposal, so you can report any missing items.
The studio flats and apartments all have baths. The studio flats for people with reduced mobility have Italian style showers. 
As far as the frequency of cleaning is concerned, this all depends on the rate you have chosen. The cleaning and linen changing services differ according to the rate. This information is shown when you book.
When you leave, we ask you to leave the kitchen corner clean and empty your bins, or to pay a supplement.
Yes, the hotel accepts pets (supplement charged).
The rooms must be handed over by 11.00 am, but we can look after your luggage on the day of your departure. If you wish to use the room after 11.00 am, please contact reception to find out about late departure arrangements.

No, the hotel doesn’t have a laundry service. However, we can offer you a self-service laundry with a washing machine and tumble dryer (supplement charged).
Of course! We provide a towel per person: please feel free to ask for more at reception, if one isn’t enough (supplement charged).
No, the rooms are not air-conditioned; however, we have a few fans at reception that we can lend you free of charge on request (subject to availability).
We’re looking for even greater client satisfaction, so we’re gradually renovating our establishment. We recently changed the carpet in some of the apartments, changed the shower hoses and added mixer taps in some of the bathrooms.  This work will be carried on in 2016.
Breakfast is served every day without exception, the week from 7am to 10am and on weekends from 7am to 11am. You can also enjoy on the terrace in summer.
No, breakfast is not served in the rooms. However, you may choose to prepare your breakfast yourself in the kitchenette in your accommodation.
The residence CERISE Valence offers a breakfast everyday.: baguettes, pain au chocolat, croissants, muffins, jams, honey, Nutella, orange juice and grapefruit juice chilled, cold milk, cooked ham and smoky, sweet butter, cheese, yogurt and fruit, stewed fruit. Hot drinks : coffee, hot chocolate, caffe-latte, tea and herbal tea.

We also offer an Express option, consisting of a hot drink and a pastry.

As in all CERISE establishments, breakfast is free for children under the age of 4, and 50% off for children aged 5 to 11 inclusive.
We offer a meals in jars. 

On the menu: gourmet salad, stuffed tomatoes, beef stew, bourguignon beef, duck parmentier, vanilla cream or soft chocolate ... We have something for everyone!

2 formulas to choose between: dish (11 €) or dish + dessert (15 €).
Each formula contains a bottle of still or sparkling water.

Yes, you can cancel or change your booking: the cancellation conditions are specified when you book. Bookings at the “non-refundable” rate cannot be cancelled or changed.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, cash and holiday vouchers. We do not accept cheques.
For a booking at the “non-refundable” rate, your card is debited by the establishment on booking. For all other bookings, your card (if that’s your chosen means of payment) is debited on your arrival.
