Our clients are expected from 12.00 pm and must hand their keys back by 11.00 am on the day of departure.

We offer the early check-in and the late check-out, with an extra-cost (50% of the rate of the last night or the night to come) and depending on availability. This request must be formalized at the reception on the day of arrival, during the check-in. If not requested, a departure after 11am will be charged as an additional night.

By public transport, if you’re arriving by the Monéteau train, we suggest you take a taxi. From St-Gervais station, you can catch bus no. 1 and get off at Arquebuse, then take the “Vivacité” shuttle bus to Monéteau .

Yes, you can cancel or change your booking: the cancellation conditions are specified when you book. Bookings at the “non-refundable” rate cannot be cancelled or changed.

For a booking at the “non-refundable” rate, your card is debited by the establishment on booking. For all other bookings, your card (if that’s your chosen means of payment) is debited on your arrival.
