Our clients are expected from 5pm and must hand their keys back by 11am on the day of departure.

We offer the early check-in and the late check-out, with an extra-cost (50% of the rate of the last night or the night to come) and depending on availability. This request must be formalized at the reception on the day of arrival, during the check-in. If not requested, a departure after 11am will be charged as an additional night.

Reception in low season:
- Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: 6:30am to 9pm
- On Friday and Monday: 6:30am to 12:00pm and 5pm to 9pm.
- Saturday, Sunday and holidays: 7:30am to 12:00pm and 5pm to 9pm.

Reception in high season:
From May to July, September and October, Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 9pm. Saturday, Sunday and holidays: 7:30am to 9pm. In August, the reception is open daily from 6:30am to 10pm.
Yes, after 5.00 pm, as soon as your room is ready, you can arrive at any time. If you arrive after closing time, you should inform reception in advance so that your accommodation key can be put in a secure safe. You’ll then receive a code by email or SMS to enable you to open the safe and pick up your key.

Les Jardins du Lac apartment hotel has an outdoor swimming pool (unheated), which is open from late spring to the end of October. For the exact dates, please contact our reception directly on +33 5 58 90 09 89. The swimming pool is open from 1.00 pm to 8.30 pm. We also have a solarium with deckchairs and parasols.

Yes, our apartment hotel has a lift.
All residents must be at least 18 years old to stay in our hotel, or be accompanied by an adult.
Yes, we can also provide you with a bottle-warmer and a high chair free of charge (subject to availability). Please let us know when you book, so that we can organise this.

The two towns are adjoining: it takes less than 5 minutes to reach the centre of Dax. There’s a free shuttle service to the Dax Spa.
The 4-person “forest view” or “swimming pool view” apartments contain: a living room corner with convertible sofa, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a courtesy tray, a separate room with 1 double bed or two single beds, a bathroom with bath and separate WC. Terrace with garden furniture. Internet access (Wi-Fi), television, channels (Canal + and Canal Satellite), wake-up call (on request), hair dryer, shaver socket, safe, tea and coffee tray (courtesy tray).

The view! The “swimming pool view” apartments are south-facing with a view over the swimming pool. The “forest view” apartments overlook the stadium and forest.
Of course! We have utensils and crockery in stock – please feel free to ask for them at reception. We also have an inventory at your disposal, so you can report any missing items.
All the apartments have a bath apart from 2 apartments with Italian style showers (suitable for PRM). The toilets are separate.
Our accommodation units are fitted with cupboards and a space for storing bags or suitcases.
As far as the frequency of cleaning is concerned, this all depends on the rate you have chosen. The cleaning and linen changing services differ according to the rate. This information is shown when you book.
When you leave, we ask you to leave the kitchen corner clean and empty your bins, or to pay a supplement.
Yes, the hotel accepts pets (supplement charged).
The rooms must be handed over by 11.00 am, but we can look after your luggage on the day of your departure. If you wish to use the room after 11.00 am, please contact reception to find out about late departure arrangements.

No, the hotel doesn’t have a laundry service. However, we can offer you a self-service laundry with a washing machine and tumble dryer (supplement charged).
Of course! We provide a towel per person: please feel free to ask for more at reception, if one isn’t enough (supplement charged).
No, the rooms are not air-conditioned; however, we have a few fans at reception that we can lend you free of charge on request (subject to availability).
Breakfast is served weekdays from 7 am to 10 am and weekends and holidays from 8am to 10am.
No, breakfast is not served in the rooms. However, you may choose to prepare your breakfast yourself in the kitchenette in your accommodation.
The Jardins du Lac offers a breakfast everyday: sweet breads, fresh bread, cereals, jam, cured ham, sheep's cheese, cheese, Brie, plain and fruit yoghurt, stewed fruit, milk, juices. Hot drinks: tea, herbal tea, coffee, chocolate.

Breakfast is served in the rooms on Saturdays and public holidays only.
We also offer an Express option, consisting of a hot drink and a pastry.
As in all CERISE establishments, breakfast is free for children under the age of 4, and 50% off for children aged 5 to 11 inclusive..
We offer a meals in jars. 

On the menu: gourmet salad, stuffed tomatoes, beef stew, bourguignon beef, duck parmentier, vanilla cream or soft chocolate ... We have something for everyone!

2 formulas to choose between: dish (11 €) or dish + dessert (15 €).
Each formula contains a bottle of still or sparkling water.

Yes, you can cancel or change your booking: the cancellation conditions are specified when you book. Bookings at the “non-refundable” rate cannot be cancelled or changed.
We accept Eurocard, Mastercard and American Express cards, cash and holiday vouchers. We do not accept cheques.
For a booking at the “non-refundable” rate, your card is debited by the establishment on booking. For all other bookings, your card (if that’s your chosen means of payment) is debited on your arrival.
